The West Coast Conference announced the 2018 All-WCC Baseball Teams and major award winners today. San Diego had four players recognized with three Torero freshmen being selected. Freshman catcher Adam Kerner (Agoura Hills, Calif.) and freshman first baseman Shane McGuire (Kent, Wash.) were selected to the All-WCC Second Team, while sophomore pitcher Chris Murphy (Granada Hills, Calif.) was named All-WCC honorable mention. Kerner and McGuire were also joined on the All-WCC Freshman Team by outfielder Tora Otsuka (Rancho Bernardo, Calif.).
