Red Sox Signed Jhonny Peralta To Minors Deal & Send To Triple-A Pawtucket

The Red Sox added depth at two positions on Friday, acquiring right-hander Doug Fister off waivers from the Angels and signing veteran infielder Jhonny Peralta to a Minor League deal.
