The St. Louis Cardinals announced today the signing of six more players from the 2017 First-Year Player draft, as well as two non-drafted free agents who have agreed to terms with the organization. Five pitchers, two outfielders and a catcher are among the latest players who have signed and passed physicals with St. Louis.

The Cardinals talked Georgia high school slugger Terry Fuller out of playing in college by agreeing to pay a $200,000 bonus for their 15th-round pick in the 2017 draft.
